Three teachers from SNPET attended an online workshop organized by TTI Urdu Hindi Teachers Training Institute from May 27th to June 4th, 2023.
They later conducted an in-house workshop for other staff members on August 1st and 2nd, 2023. The training covered language teaching, Ed Tech integration, and other important topics like the 5Cs of World-Readiness Standards, communication modes, cultural practices, and Bloom's Taxonomy. Participants also learned about technology tools like Google Chrome, Ed Puzzle, Flip grid, and Padlet.
The workshop emphasized the importance of multilingualism, curriculum design, and using authentic materials. It also introduced ACTFL Proficiency Levels and discussed the relevance of SDGs in lesson plans. Participants found the experience beneficial and are now equipped with new knowledge and teaching techniques to enhance their language classes.
