A Grand Trust - Parents Meetings
February 1st, 2010: A grand meetings of school parents and Managing Trustee Dr. Baela Raza was held at the school. Following are the Proceedings of the meeting:

Address by Dr. Baela: Dr. Baela started the address by welcoming all the parents and thanking for taking time out. She gave an overview of the Trust, its vision, reasons for its setting up in the area and the progress made by the date. She shred the need of replicating Sanjan Nagar In other parts of the city and the country.

Aims and Objectives: The main objectives of this meeting were to discuss the matter of charging fee in Sanjan Nagar with the parents, to take them in confidence, to get their suggestions and to share the Board and Raza Sahib's views with them about the issue.

Proceedings: After explaining the Board's point of view, Dr. Baela asked the parents fro their suggestions. Many of them were in favor of charging fee but they also emphasized strongly on keeping in view the ones, who can not afford to pay even little fee. It was mutually decided that some scholarship or subsidy will be provided to the most deserving ones.

Next plan of Action: After the detailed and intense discussion with the parents and getting their views, it was decided that a committee of parents will be made to discuss and finalize the matter with the Board. The willing parents got their name registered for the committee
