March 27, 2010: A team from ASER
India (Annual Survey of Education
Report) visited Sanjan
Nagar School . The team comprised
of Ms. Sakshi Kapoor, Research
Associate ASER India , Mr.
Bharatdeep Singh Malhi and Mr.
Satyam Vyas. They were on a visit
to Pakistan to participate in ASER
Pakistan 2008 Launch by ITA. ASER
is working to bring reforms in
education system in India and the
main working areas are Assessment
Survey Evaluation and Research.
The school visit was organized
by ITA to let the team witness the
standard and quality of education
provided to the underprivileged
free of cost in Pakistan. Mr.
Safyan Jabbar from ITA facilitated
the visit.
The team was deeply impressed
by meeting and observing the
junior section students and
admired the hard work done by
their teachers. They also watched
the rehearsals for the annual
play, which were taking place at
that time. ASER team praised the
theater skills being transformed
into the young minds as a learning
tool.
Being part of the education
system their selves and ; they
emphasized that Sanjan Nagar needs
more projection worldwide and
assured of keeping the working
ties with the school.
