November 2nd, 2011: SNPET
School students visited the JAHAN E
JAHANARA. It is a beautiful initiative of
Sheherezade Alam where children can
acquire that essential but rare
experience of their cultural heritage;
it is an opportunity for them to explore
their creative potential in a systematic
manner under expert guidance. At the
core of Jahan e Jahan Ara is a
commitment to revive social and artistic
values to engender change.
Ms. Rabia and Ms. Zarish took 10
students on 30th October,2011 for the
visit. Students were very excited on
their return and shared their experience
with their classmates. They had a round
of the studio ,played with Himalayan
pebbles, made pottery with clay and
learned more about Indus valley
civilization. Click here to see more
pictures of their visit.
