Sanjan Nagar Public Education Trust (SNPET) Higher Secondary School hosted a special music concert at the school’s auditorium by Reely Jiggered, on 24th January 2019 from 10:00 am to -12:00 p.m. This was an awesome treat for the students of this unique school that is providing enabling quality education for 920 children from disadvantaged and diverse communities of a peri urban area of Lahore.

The school felt honored to have a band come all the way from Scotland and perform for the students as a part of their weeklong Pakistan tour. (24-28th January) They were accompanied by Mr. Euan MacMillan from DFID. The students and faculty were exposed to Celtic Folk music, for the first time especially their rendition of a 'unique fu of funk, rock, pop and jazz amalgamated into folk music rhythms. The band performance was fantastic. It was an amazing day of harmony and energy; everyone had heaps of fun. All guests, students, faculty, and parents had a great experience listening to a new genre of music.
