Ms Naseem holds a firm believe that the true education of our young generation with innovative ideas is the key to success and a bright future of our country. . She likes a position with a strong emphasis on working of education, with scope for theoretical as well as practical work.

 Ms Naseem is the head of primary section at Sanjan Nagar School. She joined the school in 2003 as a senior school Urdu teacher. She also had the head of Urdu department in the senior school faculty. From 2006, she is giving her services as a primary school coordinator.

 Some of her key responsibilities includes the following:

·        Mentoring of Academic staff

·        Lesson plan checking (Assessment Forms & Classroom Learning Atmosphere )

·        Scheduling the Academic Time table

·        Maintaining the General School activities

·        Preparation of the school results

·        Teacher mentoring, guidance in class management 

·        Coordinating Weekly Staff Meetings and school calendar

·        Curriculum Supervision and Implementation and Teachers Trainings

·        Implantation of academic calendar and other school policies

·        Training and guiding teachers regarding IBO program

·        Training and observations of new inductees

·        Discussing and solving regular school issues with the principal

In 2009, Ms Nseem visited India along with school principal and ten students on a cultural exchange program with Blue Bells school of India . She met with different school heads and coordinators and shared the ways of teaching and learning at their schools.

In 2006 and 2007, she participated and won the Intel Teach Science Project Award. She worked with class seven on a science project “seven intelligences”. She got the title of Best Teacher of the year from Agha Khan University Examination board. She edited miscellaneous books and unit plans for Agha Khan University examination board.
