SNPET is striving to provide a wide array of facilities to its students and teachers both in order to provide them with a well rounded program. All resources for land and the building were provided from the Trust’s original endowment. The facilities include:

Custom Built School Structure
In August 2003, the School shifted to its purpose-built facility in Hamza Town, Ferozepur Road covering 13 kanals. In April 2004 the Federal Minister for Education, Zobaida Jalal & the Provincial Minister for Education Mian Imran Masood performed the formal Opening of the school.

Free Tuition
At SNPETHSS free education implies that we do not charge any tuition fee and also provide children with free text books, reference material and stationery.

Dedicated Staff
SNPETHSS is run by a dedicated staff of 29 Teachers, a Community Worker and 11 Support Staff Members, led by a Head Teacher.

The School has a modest library with almost thirteen thousand books, providing reading and reference material for students and teachers alike.

Computer Laboratory
A modern computer lab to ensure that students are fully enabled IT users from a very young age. Latest ICT techniques are used, including project based learning and teacher training with in-house presentations and group learning. IT is a compulsory requirement for all faculty.

Science Laboratory
There is a fully equipped science laboratory to remain abreast of the science curriculum. Students can conduct physics, biology and chemistry experiments in separate sections.

The school also provides free milk to students daily in order to supplement the poor nutrition they receive at home.

Art Room
Art is an integral and vibrant part of the curriculum, focusing on creative expression, and aesthetics integrated across all subjects. Students are encouraged to work with diverse media: water color, oil, charcoal, crayons markers and pencil work, for vibrant displays.

Free Nutritional Supplement
Each child has a health card for recording their health profile. The school provides free milk to students daily to supplement nutrition needs up to primary level.
 
Field Visits
SNPET actively promotes field visits as part of experiential learning of students and faculty. These have included: Taxila, Harrapa, Science Museum, local Farms, Factories and the Race Course.
 
Free Medical Screening, Check-ups and Referrals
SNPETHSS is affiliated with The Children Hospital & the Institution of Child Health, for periodic doctors’ visits for free medical check-ups, emergency and tertiary medical services at the hospital. A Health Fund operates to provide emergency relief to students and their families..

Dr. Sajid Maqbool an eminent nationally renowned pediatrician visits the school on a monthly basis to talk to students, teachers and parents about primary health care and support.

 

Community Outreach Program
The School has a Community Outreach program that involves parents, especially mothers for development and awareness process. A Community Worker is a constant contact between parents, students and staff, to address personal, social and psychological issues.

Parents at SNPETHSS have also been involved in various workshops conducted by external agencies on various areas of personal and social well being.
