February 18th, 2010: First SNPET
Alumni Homecoming was held at the
school. All old Sanjan
Nagar students brighten up the
evening with their presence. The
Senior Teachers, support staff and
the principal also joined the
gathering.
Mrs. Faiza Shahrukh formally
welcomed the students and had chit
chat with them. She encouraged the
students to be more active in
taking part in various school
activities.
The alumni, studying at
different colleges and
universities, shared their
experiences and provided
information to those who want to
join those institutions. The 2nd
cohort of Sanjan Nagar, who is now
studying at Institute for
Professional Learning (IPL),
presented a presentation on their
learning programmes and different
activities at IPLNTO throw light
on the features which made IPL
stand out amongst other
institutions
Many Sanjan Nagar Students are
studying at different recognized
and well known institutions, which
include, U university of Engineering
and Technology UET, University of
Education UE, FC College
University, Kinnaird College
University, Fatima Memorial
Nursing School and Sheikh Zayed
Nursing School. The students and
teachers were delighted to know
about such strong network of
alumni.
Ms. Saima Shauket shared a
presentation with the students
based on the main aims, objectives
and expectations of SNAF. She also
shared the blog, which she has
developed to keep the alumni
connected and associated with each
other and the school. M. Saima
emphasized on being active and
participating dynamically at the
blog by the students.
Later, the students had fun
while gossiping freely and had
some good refreshment which was
arranged for them.
