March 29th, 2010: Ms. Blakeman
Allen visited Sanjan Nagar school.
She is the project director
of Pakistan Educational Leadership
Institute at PSU, through this
initiative dozens of Pakistani
teachers have visited Plymouth
State University, USA.
She visited each class and
talked to students about their
work and interests. She also had a
session with school teachers where
she talked about her job and
shared the feed back of teachers
on PELI project. In 2004, Sanjan
Nagar took part in this project
for the first time and since then
one or two school teachers visit
USA each year under this program.
Ms. Allen was deeply impressed by
the work of PUS alumni Ms. Misbah
Rani and Mr. Saimon Robin at
Sanjan Nagar. She appreciated
their work and commitment.
