It is always our
pleasure to share the success of SNPET
HSS students. The below mentioned data
shows the participation and SNPETHSS
students in Children Literature Festival
as they came up as winners in different
activities. Our students not only worked
as responsible Ushers but fully indulged
in all activities and discussion that
had taken place in CLF.
Thanks to the organizers who gave
children a platform to perform where
their work and efforts was acknowledged.

December 3rd, 2011:

Bank Alfalah Inc.
donated sixteen brand new Intel Dual
Core computer systems to Sanjan Nagar
School. We are obliged to Bank Alfalah
Inc. for this generous donation.
On this occasion, School principal
said, "We are now equipped with
cutting edge-technology to deal with
education. The IT coordinator Mr.
Zulfiqar Ali said, "The generous
donation is definitely going to upgrade
IT infrastructure of Sanjan Nagar school
to deal IT challenges of 21st
century." Each system is powered by
Intel Dual Core processor and 2 GB RAM,
pairing with 19" LCD, DVD ROMs.

November 21st, 2011:
Sanjan Nagar grade
7 students participated in 4th Inter-
School & Inter collegiate Game at
Kaddafi Stadium Lahore from November
15th to 19th 2011. They won 3 Gold
Medals , 3 Silver and 3 Bronze Medal in
WUSU {KUNG-FU}. They scored highest in
girls category in all SAN SHOU {FIGHT}
{IN KG} .
They were appreciated and
received certificates from the
organizing committee Punjab Olympic
Association. Well done! Girls you make
us all feel proud.

Grade eleven student
Rabia Shoaib won the scholarship for
Baccalaureate at FC college. Her sister
is a YES alumni.

September 22nd, 2010: Sanjan Nagar
School is proud to announce the
distinctions of two of its students in
AKU Final Examinations held in May 2011.
-
Sidra Shoaib of grade 11 scored highest
in the subjects English and Urdu in the
region of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and
Gilgit Baltistan.
- Arooj Ali of grade 9th
scored highest in the subject Computer
Studies in the region of Punjab, Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit Baltistan.

June 30th, 2011: Sidra Shoib Class 12
student has been selected for
coaching
session of NOP Scholarship Program
initiated by LUMS university. Sidra will
attend these classes for one month after
that final test will be conducted by
LUMS for final selection.

June 29th, 2011: Kanwal Aslam grade 9th
girl is short listed for a leading role
in Sesame Street Pakistani Version by
Rafi Peer theatre. Her selection will be
confirmed in few days when they'll get
the contract signed for 2 years. Kanwal
is very happy as she will be working and
studying simultaneously.

June 13th 2011: Sanjan Nagar is proud to
announce its second Branch
Sanjan Nagar Elementary School Campus B
at Nistar Colony which is just a
Kilometer away from the main campus A.
The process of new admissions are in
progress .The admission of Sanjan Nagar
Elementary School Campus B were also
done in Campus A. Campus B will commence
from 5th August 2011 for the academic
session 2011-2012. Elementary Campus
will have play group as well. 146
students had been enrolled up till now
in Campus B from Play group to class
Three.

June 2nd, 2011: Class 9 student Marwa
Sattar got first position in the
poster
making competition. Three students of
class nine participated in a poster
making competition that was held at ITA
on the theme of Women Education. Marwa
Sattar got a cash prize of Rs. 15000.
The school principal handed over the
prize to her in a short ceremony held at
the school. The head of Art department
Ms Ayesha was also present on this
occasion.

June 1st, 2011: Grade ten students
Arooj and Amina Shahzadi have
been selected for iEARN-YES one year
scholarship program for 2011-2012
session. They got their US visas stamped
on 31st May. They will get one year free
education in a US school including
traveling and full accommodation. Arooj
is going to deploy to Washington state
whereas Amina is heading to Ohio, USA.

Zaib and Kainat Nadeem went to USA on

May 27th, 2011: Grade XI student Sidra
Shoaib & Warda Shakoor have
cleared the first Preliminary Evaluation
Test of 'LUMS-NOP'. Under this program
they will get scholarship from LUMS for
their graduation at LUMS. In next phase
she will appear in Coaching Session in
summer vacation. For more information

April 2nd, 2011: The school principal
presided a parents meeting with parents
of class eight students. In the meeting
announcement was made that the school is
going to continue with Aga Khan board as
the examination board for SSC and HSSC
classes. Middle and senior school
coordinator were also with present in
the meeting.

February 17th, 2011: Sanjan Nagar school
is proud to announce the
donation of ten Intel-based notebooks
(Classmate PC®) - CMPCs from an Intel
Teach Program. These ten Table
purpose-built note-books are equipped
with a teachers' software for
collaborative learning and teaching.
This donation was made possible by our
partner ITA and in particular Ms. Riffat
Ayesha in Islamabad with support from
Mr. Asad Jehangir at Relief
International and Intel representative
Mr. Faisal Mahmood. These were
desperately needed and will be used most
optimally by our students and faculty.

February 15ht, 2011: Sanjan Nagar
Education Trust is proud to announce the
appointment of Saadia Sarwar as Board of
Trustee of SNPET Trust. It is always
heart warming and satisfying for us to
witness the transformation of students
from an ordinary to extra ordinary while
they are going through this educational
program. They become useful members of
the society, developing and recognizing
their own identities in this worth while
journey. Saadia Sarwar who completed her
school studies from Sanjan Nagar school
in 2006 is now doing her bachelor
studies on a scholarship at FC College.
She says, "I really feel proud
being a part of Sanjan Nagar and now as
a board member of SNPET. I am grateful
to madam Bela for giving me the
opportunity to sit among all the
excellent and well experienced Trustees
and Board members. She has made me feel
proud, and has given me the chance to
expose myself to the discussions and
decisions taken regarding the better
future of SNPET. This will not only help
me to learn many new things and have a
great experience in this field, but also
to explore my hidden skills and express
my ideas, thoughts and suggestions
regarding SNPET, being a part of Sanjan
Nagar since 1996, continuing as an
alumni. I really wish and hope to
contribute much in the effort of scaling
up of Sanjan Nagar and its bright future
and success. My prayers are always with
Sanjan Nagar and I wish many girls like
me come and do contribute for the
progress of SNPET so that it may have a
great contribution in the progress of
Pakistan in real terms. Inshaallah!!"

January 25th, 2011: Evening school
parents donated a camera, sound system
and
medicines, since SNPET believes in
warm relationship between parents and
teachers.

December
23rd, 2010: Saima Shauket (Project
Coordinator) at SNEPET was reward wit h
"In- Service Grand Winner
Award" on December 23, 2010 in
Intel Education Awards ceremony in PC
Lahore. The provincial Secretary
Schools Education, Mr. Aslam Kumbho
presented the prizes to the winners.
The principal Sanjan Nagar School, Ms
Faiza Shahrukh also honored the winner
by attending the ceremony with some
teachers. The ceremony was organized
by The Intel Pakistan Corporation (IPC)
in collaboration with the Intel
Education Initiative, Ministry of
Education, and Ministry of IT, Punjab
to recognize the impressive
performance of outstanding schools and
teachers in the province of Punjab.
